Reserve screens and add creative later

Book your screens now and upload the creative closer to the start date. How the hold works, the upload deadline, and what happens if you miss it.

When to use it

Your creative is still with the designer, or the offer is not final, but you want to lock in the screens and dates before someone else does. In the creative step, choose Reserve screens — add creative later instead of Launch campaign.

What happens

  • The campaign is submitted and the screens, dates and rate are held for you.
  • The campaign approval can proceed as normal.
  • The wizard shows an upload deadline: 48 hours before your start date. That gives creative review time to complete so the campaign still starts on time.
  • We remind you by email as the deadline approaches.

Adding the creative

Open the campaign from your Campaigns list, go to Creative and add it — upload, Spark, Canva or your library, exactly as in the wizard. It goes through the normal review and, once approved, the campaign goes live on the start date.

If you miss the deadline

The hold does not lapse, but the start slips. The campaign starts as soon as the creative is approved and runs to the original end date, so a late creative shortens the flight. If you would rather keep the full length, edit the end date when you add the creative.

Billing

Reserving screens costs nothing. Billing only ever covers impressions that deliver, so a held campaign with no creative is never charged.
