The welcome offer: spend and earn ad credit

New organizations get a matched ad credit once they reach a spend threshold in their billing currency. How the tiers work, how progress is tracked and how the credit is applied.

How it works

When your organization is created it is enrolled in the Starter welcome offer: spend a set amount on delivered advertising and JOLT adds the same amount to your account as ad credit. Higher tiers, Growth and Scale, match larger commitments.

Starter600600
Growth1,2001,200
Scale1,8001,800

Figures are in your organization's billing currency. An Australian organization's threshold is A$600; a UK organization's is £600. The numbers are the same in every market by design and are not converted, so they are not equal in value across markets.

Tracking progress

Your progress shows in two places:

  • the Billing page, with the threshold, what you have spent so far and what remains;
  • the budget step of the wizard, which tells you how far the campaign you are building gets you ("This campaign gets you to 70% — 180 to go").

Spend counts once it has delivered and been billed, not when a campaign is booked.

Receiving the credit

Once your billed spend crosses the threshold, the credit is applied to your billing account automatically and offsets your next invoices. There is nothing to claim.

Terms

  • One offer per organization.
  • Credit is applied in your billing currency and used against future JOLT Ads invoices; it is not paid out in cash.
  • Spend must be on campaigns that deliver; cancelled or undelivered budget does not count.
