Committed spend of 50,000 or more in a market's currency qualifies for a negotiated CPM. How to request one, how JOLT reviews it, and how an approved rate is applied.
A discount request needs committed spend of 50,000 or more in the market's currency: $50,000 in the US, £50,000 in the UK, A$50,000 in Australia, NZ$50,000 in New Zealand, CA$50,000 in Canada. The threshold is the same number in each currency and is not converted.
Below the threshold, the rate card applies. Rate cards are already lower for All day, Even pacing and early booking; see How pricing works.
request_discount with the plan, a requested CPM or a percentage, and a reason.JOLT does not offer discounts proactively, and agents are instructed not to.
Requests are reviewed by a JOLT team member. Nothing is automatic. Requests are typically answered within one business day, and you are told the outcome either way.
An approved discount is a CPM in one market's currency, tied to your organization and the committed spend. It applies automatically to plans in that market once granted: re-run the plan and the discounted CPM appears. It is never applied across markets — a rate agreed in AUD is an AUD rate.
The discount is granted against the spend you committed to. Campaigns must be booked and run to that level; a plan that is cut back below the threshold returns to the rate card.
