Fixing a low-inventory forecast

When the forecast says your budget cannot be delivered on the screens and hours you chose, four one-click fixes appear. What each does and when to use it.

What the message means

The quote card shows how much of your budget the plan can spend. When the available plays on your screens, in your hours, over your dates cannot absorb the budget, the forecast flags it and offers fixes. Nothing is wrong with the campaign — you are asking for more delivery than the selected inventory holds.

The four fixes

Each chip shows the impression difference before you click it, and the forecast updates immediately.

Other options

  • Remove a point of interest or audience filter. Each one narrows the screen set. See Targeting.
  • Lower the budget to what the inventory can deliver, and keep the tighter targeting.
  • Split the budget across two campaigns in different areas.

Why not just leave it?

You can. Delivery is capped at what the screens can play, and you are only charged for impressions that deliver, so an over-sized budget is never overspent. But a plan that cannot spend its budget will under-deliver against what you expected, and the fixes exist so you can decide that trade-off before launch rather than discover it in the report.
