Agency accounts: managing clients on JOLT

How a media agency works in JOLT Ads: one agency organization, campaigns planned on behalf of each client, client-level reporting, and credit terms instead of a card.

Set up as an agency

During onboarding, choose Media agency as your organization type. Everything else about the platform is the same, with three additions.

Clients

Add each advertiser you buy for as a client. When you plan a campaign you choose which client it is for, and every campaign, creative and report is filed under that client. The client switcher in the top bar filters the whole app to one client at a time.

Clients do not need JOLT logins. If a client wants to see their own campaigns, share report links or the coverage map with them. See Sharing reports.

Credit terms

Agencies can apply for credit terms and be invoiced rather than charged to a card. Apply from the Billing page; JOLT usually confirms within two business days. Invoices are issued per market in that market's currency. See Invoices and credit terms.

Buying across markets

An agency in one market can plan and book in any of the five. Each campaign is priced and invoiced in its destination market's currency; an Australian agency booking Auckland is quoted and billed in NZD. See Markets and currencies.

Committed-spend discounts

For 50,000 or more in a market's currency of committed spend, you can request a negotiated CPM, reviewed manually by JOLT. See Discounts for committed spend.

Buying programmatically

If your agency runs an AI planning or buying agent, it can plan and book JOLT inventory directly over the AdCP protocol, with the same pricing and the same human approval as the wizard. See Buying with an AI agent.

Team

Invite planners and buyers as members and finance as billing contacts. Admins manage clients, billing and the team; members plan and launch. See Team members and roles.
